- Note the program, module, lesson, payment, or subscription involved.

Email info@brenmanconsulting.com with a clear subject line and a short description of what happened. Include the page URL, relevant payment ID, and a screenshot when useful.
Note. Never send passwords, OTPs, complete card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. BRENMAN support will not ask for them.
