Check eligibility and send the information needed to review a refund request.

Check the refund policy
Program refund eligibility depends on the request date, how much of the program has been used, and whether a certificate has been issued. The current Refund Policy is the authoritative source for all conditions and exclusions.
Note. The current policy provides a limited 7-day request window subject to its stated eligibility conditions.
Send your request
- 1Review brenmanconsulting.com/refunds.
- 2Email info@brenmanconsulting.com from the address associated with your account.
- 3Include the program name, purchase date, payment ID, and reason for the request.
- 4Allow the BRENMAN team time to review eligibility and respond.
After approval
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time can continue after BRENMAN initiates the refund, and access to the refunded program is revoked.
